I'm struck by the myriad of emotions that ebb and flow from one minute to the next. I'm struck by why it hurts so bad.
So much of writing goes beyond simply planning and executing. It can be hard to write when you're not in the proper headspace, or when you are physically uncomfortable… or when there is too much noise or the wrong kind of noise.
Music is a powerful tool. If it's such a great tool… why not try and use it as a writing prompt?
Ever just get the feeling that you just don't want to write anything?
I know I need to disconnect, but I'm terrible at it. I need to let my mind rest, to breathe. I need to let it recharge. I need pen and paper, I need quiet.
We can always find something to disagree on, but what if we spent more time finding our common ground?
